Considering Celestia and Luna have shown no angst over immortality in the series whatsoever, kinda doubt it.

There really would be no conceivable reason for Luna to stop actually doing dreamwalking stuff after retirement, aside from “she can’t do it,” an implication that doesn’t really exist.
Maybe less often than she did on the throne, but still. No reason to think she stopped.
Those two can say, travel throughout the world, do adventurous things throughout it if they wished, from time to time. Maybe some superhero-like stuff.

Immortality doesn’t inherently suck, unless you’re in a position where you wish you can die because you’re endlessly floating in nothingness because the universe is dying, but that’s probably the case for nobody in this setting, since they can all die.
