Thanks. I’d love to see EqG make better use of its supporting cast, and the human CMC in particular are really underused compared to their pony counterparts (especially Sweetie Belle, if someone was watching only EqG and not the main show, they’d never know she was Rarity’s sister (and thus Rarity’s sudden concern for her near the end of “Roller Coaster of Friendship” would seem completely out of left field, but I’m going off on a tangent here)). I had a hard time coming up with good powers for Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle, though.

After “Frenemies”, this would actually be really easy to set up, since it’d be entirely plausible for Starlight to have told Cozy Glow about her past at some point, and then Cozy Glow could tell Chrysalis.

Equestria Girls Crossover Special: DC Super Equestria Girls  
An ordinary day in Canterlot City is interrupted by a group of villains known as the Female Furies led by Granny Goodness. They want to conquer Canterlot City for their master Darkseid, so the Rainbooms decide to fight back. When the Furies are too much for them, they get some unexpected help from another group of girl superheroes: The Superhero Girls! Together, they must work out their different approaches to fighting in order to save the day! Get your cape and ears on for an awesome crossover event.  
Special guest stars: The cast of the 2019 DC Superhero Girls (including Tara Strong as Batgirl. They also voice the members of the Female Furies)  
Margo Martindale as Granny Goodness, leader of the Female Furies.

Pinkie Pie’s eating habits catch up to her and she puts on a few pounds. Rainbow Dash disguises* Pinkie as a pig and enters her into the Ponyville Pig Sumo Tournament in order to get a rare Wonderbolts trading card.
 
 
*She just slips a rubber pig over Pinkie’s snout.

Hour-long crossover episode: Mega Trixie  
Trixie finds out she and Starlight are descended from Mega Man X and Zero, who chase Mavericks Vile, Storm Eagle, and Optic Sunflower into Canterlot. While the five X characters are normal in their own world, they are powerful in Equestria, complete with the three Mavericks being immune to the Rainbow of Friendship (this means they actually take effort to defeat and cannot be one-shotted, let alone friendshipped away). As X and Zero get outnumbered and outgunned, Trixie and Starlight go to their world to find weapons that can even the odds. Trixie borrows X’s full armor from X1, while Starlight claims a spare Z-Buster and spare Z-Saber. Combining the new equipment with Trixie’s stage magic skill and Starlight’s unicorn magic skill, the two ponies drive the three Mavericks back to their world but keep their new equipment.

The Starlight that Binds
 
The day Celestia and Luna retire is getting closer than ever, and Starlight completely forgets that the mane 6 and most likely Spike are going to become rulers of Equestria, meaning they will no longer be able to teach at the School of Friendship. In particular, Twilight, being the future leader of Equestria, is likely moving away from Ponyville. Starlight goes through a period of grief realizing that she will eventually have to say goodbye to Twilight and her friends. On top of that, Starlight now has the responsibility to find new teachers to run the School of Friendship alongside her. Unfortunately, all of her closest friends are unable to join her at the school for various reasons. Trixie is a traveling magician, Sunburst is a crystaller at the Crystal Empire, and Maud and Mudbriar are only into sticks and rocks most of the time. Unable to find new teachers to hire, Starlight becomes so overwhelmed to the point where Starlight loses her motivation to do her guidance counseling duties at the school. The young 6, seeing that Starlight isn’t in her office, go to Twilight, worried that Starlight disappeared. Twilight eventually finds Starlight and pulls her into her office to talk to her. When Twilight asks her if something is wrong, Starlight breaks down in tears, venting that it’s not fair that Twilight and her friends have to leave the school and leave her to find ones who she doesn’t know all that well. Starlight runs back to her room at the castle. Later that night, Starlight has a dream where she is overwhelmed with having to run the school with new teachers. Suddenly, Twilight appears in her dream, but she glows and speaks to her in a bizarre, mystical tone. Starlight realizes that it is not Twilight but a spiritual manifestation of the Tree of Harmony itself. It ominously tells her to go to the treehouse of harmony, and Starlight wakes up from her dream. Starlight goes to the treehouse of harmony where the spirit of the Tree of Harmony appears before her. The spirit reminds Starlight of how much she has grown as a pony and friend which lead her to become the School’s guidance counselor in the first place. It then reminds her of the friendship of the young six and their connection to the tree and elements of harmony. It’s then that Starlight gets the idea to ask the young six to be her teachers at the School of Friendship. Finally, the spirit reminds Starlight that although she and Twilight won’t be seeing each other as often, their friendship will remain forever. Starlight thanks the spirit of the Tree of Harmony for the advice and encouragement, and goes to Twilight. After apologizing to Twilight for running out the day before, she explains everything from her dream to her encounter with the spirit of the Tree of Harmony. Twilight and Starlight then call the young six to Twilight’s office and explain that Starlight will become the permanent headmare of the School of Friendship when Twilight leaves to become the ruler of Equestria. Starlight then tells the young 6 that she would love to have them as teachers, commending their friendship and their connection to the Tree of Harmony. Having overcome her anxiety about the future of the school, Starlight hugs Twilight and the two head out to join their friends to celebrate.

Birds of a Feather  
Gallus falls for a new female griffon student named Glenda and tries to ask her out. But her over protective brother Glen won’t let him near her.
 
Like No Otter  
Silverstream befriends two otters and tries to prevent their home from being destroyed by Gladmane and his wrecking ball.
 
Kisses and Buckball  
While watching a buckball game, Yona and Sandbar kiss each other without knowing. And every creature now thinks they are a dating couple, embarrassing the two of them.
 
Tears of a Dragon  
Smolder becomes the butt of everyone’s joke after crying while watching a play.
 
Stop Bugging Me  
Ocellus becomes the target of three mean fillies, and does her best to fight back.
 
Chain Linked  
Ocellus and Silverstream are forced together with magic chains during a field trip. And must work out their differences to fight off criminals and try to hide the fact they snuck out to an indoor amusement park.

Equestria Girls 90-minute special: Long Goodbyes: When Sunset finds herself at the epicenter of a series of dangerous and inexplicable magical incidents, she worries that she may have to return to Equestria permanently for the safety of herself and her friends.
 
(It’d be nice if EG got a proper finale.)

EqG really does deserve a great finale, and one that gives closure to Sunset’s ties to Equestria should definitely be the heart of it.
 
BTW remember your “Teacher Feature” idea from months ago that everyone seemed to like? Apparently a future episode does something like that.

If Sunset does wind up having to move back to Equestria for whatever reason, it’d be cool if there was an epilogue where the girls finally meet Human Sunset, maybe after a timeskip to when everyone’s in college or something.
 
As for the other thing, glad they’re addressing the issue. I hope it’s a good episode.

Time To Leave Them All Behind  
Trixie and Starlight prepare for their own spin-off show as part of G5 and complete freedom from FiM’s continuity.

Star Force Glimmer two-parter  
Crossover with Mega Man Star Force. While Trixie is practicing her card tricks, Starlight opens a portal to the Star Force world where Geo Stelar teaches Trixie how to use Battle Card powers. Starlight also gains Geo’s armor, arm cannon, and lightsaber. After Trixie’s and Starlight’s training with him, Geo wonders what it’s like in their world. Two evil EM beings then follow the three through Starlight’s portal back to Equestria and fuse with Twilight and Celestia, also taking the former’s instant-win blasts of friendship out of the equation. Trixie, Starlight, and Geo then defeat and purify the possessed Twilight and Celestia in a typical Star Force boss fight.

Duty and the Beasts: Unable to find a place for her animals in Canterlot, Fluttershy finds herself torn between staying behind to take care of them and helping the rest of the Mane Six rule Equestrua, unsure of who needs her more.

Rarity discovers she has ice powers. Unlike her unicorn magic, they require the use of both her breath and hooves.

Weekend at Starlight’s  
A typical boring day at the School of Friendship turns sour when Sandbar, Gallus, and Smolder all believe they “killed” Starlight. To make things worse, a EEA is planning to visit the school for a surprise inspection. They’ll need to convince them that Starlight is still alive.

Triple-Way Crossover: My Little Zebeth

After a spell gone wrong, the Ponies and Creatures of Equestria ended up on a planet filled with Aliens. That planet is called Zebeth. The Student Six meets up with a Federal Soldier in training (Whom I’ll dub Rookie) who travels around and hang out at the bar. After bringing them to the Bar owned by Ridley, they hint about the other ponies and creatures scattered everywhere. The Rookie decides to take charge in rescuing them, while doing good deeds to show he is trustworthy. The Rookie also meets those Robots owned by Dr. Light, waging war against Dr. Wily and the hostile beings of Planet Zebeth.
 
The Rookie was able to rescue as many ponies and creatures while they in return help round up the Metroids and prison them, including the Six Former Wielders, but Rainbow Dash is distrusting against the Rookie. She then developes a plan to make every creature think he’s pure evil. But that was foiled when Smolder and Spike was spying on her. They also discovered after defeating the Torizo Statue that he was orphaned like Samus Aran, and Rainbow Dash’s plans were exposed. Princess Twilight banishes the wielder of Loyalty until she can make amends, which unfortuantely she won’t as she is super grudgeful. In rage she absorbs the Phazon and becomes ‘Phazon Dash’
 
Rainbow Phazon Dash will act as the True Final Boss after the Rookie defeats and calms the Metroid Queen, whom he himself must defeat while using every weapons and powers he had until Twilight and Starlight manages to intervene and lock Rainbow Dash into a Vision spell. In the end, Rainbow Dash yielded to the Visionary Spell, discarding the dark phazon powers, and finally warms up. The Creatures were able to Prison the Metroids and the X-Parasites they just discover,

Crossover: Jewelpet Rarishy  
Rarity and Fluttershy get attached to and befriend the Mane Three Jewelpets (Ruby, Sapphie, and Garnet) who have paid a visit to Equestria to learn about its magic.
