Yes. India has a very serious open defecation problem. Last I heard it’s like 48% of the populous doing it. Their government and other groups like UNICEF are trying to clean up. Large sums of money has been spent on this effort too.

With all the “kids yay, fuck you adults” cartoons that are made I wished more had great adults like the Principle from Recess, Prickly.
I mean he was pretty cool dude under being harsh:
