Boz: Unlike Equestrian, or any mass robots making civilization I guess, they cannot “manufacture” equal people even if they wanted to, all they can do is give equal money to everyone. And of course break some noble because what’s more unequal than inherited titles and lands, that’s why they join the alliance with the GDF despite not being the most sincerely democratic themselves. That being said, how many they are in the whole GDF, I think it’s low. Even if you do meet rebels it’s unlikely you’ll meet this particular kind of rebels unless you look for that.

Boz: A lot of them are suspected of having executed the noble, as in nobility titles not as virtue, commanders and captains of every royal ship they and unit they have faced and defeated regardless of if those people surrendered. It’s terrible by Equestrian standards sure, but is it absolutely the worst, up to you to decided.

There’s also apparently some would be equalist among them, as well as your usual specist people who want a pure flier country, not as if the royal faction was free of those though. But even if the average gryphons have many flaw, I don’t think they’ll actually put to power either of those, even if the later might get a few seats, in a honest election.
