The survey might need a slight tweak.
There was no option for not penalyzing someone suspected of “spamming or brigading”. I don’t think this will provide a proper perspective in the end as you’ll only get results from people that DID want it.

Is this a JoJo ref…I mean, is that an appeal to reverence? Should only artists be able to post their opinion?
Even a vegan can tell that you burned the meat.

Not everyone is an artist, I mean a cook. They don’t always know how to word their criticism without doing the “don’t be rude” dance. It’s a lot easier to press that 2 star rating.

The point is for a lot of it’s not their honest opinion on a burger, it’s vegans complaining that meat is bad, mixed with people just saying “ech” and walking out. I didn’t say “everyone”, just the majority, which includes some of the moderation team according to the chan thread.
They wouldn’t have needed to make a new rule, just some kind of statement that they wanted users to use downvotes differently back when it first became an issue.
It could have been a bandaid on a cut instead of the removal of an infected foot like they attempted last week.
