Why have artists suddenly got a fetish for supporting the most creatively oppressive laws in the digital space? It sounds like you want to bring a super turbo DMCA into place where every image must be properly identified and things are banned if they are not made by the proper entity. You have no idea how hell a system like that will be to creators, as if the current DMCA laws were not hell enough (good luck trying to make a YouTube video or something these days without some company falsely trying to take the video down).

Similar nonsense like Article 13 in the EU also got people concerned for similar reasons as a good portion of digital content is essentially copyright infringement under some interpretation, like making memes is technically because you do not usually have a license to use the image in the meme (which is why people thought that law may essentially ban the ability to make memes online). Worth remembering like half of MLP content is also trademark infringement so you probably should stop making such art if you want to respect these sorts of ideas.

I can see why some people hate it. With the synopsis, you think we’re going to get into some wild shenanigans but no the gang is just stuck at the airport arguing over having no reservations. The conservation is relatable, and an interesting subversion but still not very entertaining. I thought it was alright.

The Halloween episode is much better imo.

I think there’s nothing wrong with tagging these, but I have no idea how to name those tags.

I am somewhat bothered by extremely blobby eyes, but not enough to filter them, as I still like some images with them. However I can see why someone else might want to completely filter them out.

Other than “wingding eyes”, and not counting when it’s meant to indicate crying in anime styles, does the larger internet art community have a name for the artstyle feature of unusually-shaped ooey gooey blobby melty eyes?

Examples:

Apart from “colored eyelashes”, is there a name for the artstyle feature of having the color of the eye sclera extend out into the eyelashes, as if the artist used a smudge tool to draw the eyelashes?
