I can’t lie, determination has gotten me pretty freakin’ far. It’s fallen massively short at times, but still done way better than I had any right to considering the circumstances.

The pills are placebos. They’re supposed to make as big a difference as you believe they do. If your will is strong, you can convince yourself that they’re actually effective and they will be.
 
Come on, man. You’re the one that tells me that faith is a powerful thing. Prove it.
 
For everyone else here, I want you to know that my ideology has two rules:

They didn’t make that big a difference. Plus, I’d rather not if I can avoid it. I think I’m not entirely wrong to be anxious, though. @Somber Star was right to ask what I’m doing that I could miss two days like that. And that’s exactly the problem.

I think it’s mostly anxiety issues. But there is a legitimate fear that I might not be able to hold a job ever unless my condition improves significantly. Even a minimum wage job requires health I currently lack.

on tumblr the girls are usually guys too so I’m not sure whats got your hopes up. not sure if I trust a woman to not break down under the pressure I was under either
 
and I’m not sure what’s got you so down about having nothing to worry about but yourself, I’ve been living off of peanut butter and popcorn for the past month. really wish I could’ve been middle class, monetary problems are the worst

Now I’m unsure if gay or girl… most guys are straight, so you’ll have to look places with gays to find them, probably.
 
Funny thing about the Internet. Gays make up like 4% of the population but if you find someone online saying they like men, girls on the internet are so rare, that despite being about half the population, they person liking men is usually a guy.
 
At least on most sites. Facebook and tumblr are exceptions. Though on tumblr the girls usually like other girls. Or male attack helicopters.

I’m a student. Part time. I intentionally took this semester easy, only a single online class, research with a professor, and a rocketry club.
 
But I don’t know if I can even keep up with that.
 
My parents are well off, but not well enough that I can live off their income forever. Just enough so I can know what it’s like to be mid-upper class, live in a nice place, then spend the rest of my life forever far below how I started.
 
My life will probably forever be a crushing disappointment to how I live now, and I’ve got nowhere to go but down, and as I become more independent my failures can only become more epic and soul crushing. It’s a great feeling.

Maybe, maybe by some crazy chance I’ll be able to at least stay at this level, but I doubt it…

From what I’ve heard, Steven Universe has only gotten more dramatic and angst-ridden as the seasons go on, much like my life at the moment.
