Now let me start this off by saying Davros is best villain.

This should really be auto-applied only to memes with templates (like ‘make it happen’). Some meme tags based on phrases get it too, for some asinine reason.

In this thread we talk about the games from the wonderful company Atlus. This includes but is not limited to Shin Megami Tensei, Persona, and Dark Souls. I’m not gonna lie, I’m mostly making this thread as an excuse to gush over the Persona Q announcement.

Has nobody drawn that yet? Twi’s flame mode as an anthro alicorn.

If you don’t know what touhou is it’s a game franchise that in bases is a lot like mlp in a lot of respects. Like gensokyo(where touhou is) and equestria could be next door neighbors and set in the same universe and we would never know.
 
If you do try the games first start out on easy mode. It’s not like most modern games where they just hand you a victory and then constantly give you achievements to make you feel good so you’ll keep playing; rather it’s for actual gamers who don’t need to constantly be patted on the back ego wise. It actually is difficult unlike how most modern games give fake difficulty levels and then claim they’re hard.
 
 
I only just recently got into the franchise and playing on hard mode. Yeah yeah, I know lunatic mode, but right now I just have catching up too do story wise.

Could we please stop swooning over how Twilicorn “opens up new possibilities” or “stirs up the formula”? Could we not try to justify it by saying change is necessary to stop the show from “going stale”? Could we refrain from insisting that anyone who doesn’t like it must just hate and/or fear change?
 
(And by “we” I mean “you”.)
 
Here’s the thing: all these excuses are completely vacuous. You could say the exact same thing if all of a sudden, say, Rainbow Dash could only speak Spanish, or Rarity discovered she had inoperable horn cancer, or Big McIntosh raped and impregnated Apple Bloom, or Fluttershy grew a second head. Literally any major change to the show could be said to “open new possibilities”; if it didn’t, it wouldn’t really be a change.
 
The fact that the fans and the show can ask how the ponies’ friendship will be affected by [INSERT CHANGE HERE] does not, in and of itself, justify [INSERT CHANGE HERE]. The relevant question is whether or not it’s a good or smart change, and these arguments just say that it’s a change.

That the power ponies episode is random and has no morals?  
That Scootaloo being disabled is fan service?  
That that dude from the screencap from Power Ponies stole their waifus?  
That the season Villain can not be woobiefied?

With the new season started I feel like some characters are going downhill and vice versa. Seriously, what are they doing with Pinkie? It’s like she’s getting more childish and is REALLY becoming a comedic relief character.

Would it be possible to add the ability to sort results oldest-first? I realize I could just go to the last page of results and read backwards, but if a new image is added while I’m doing so, I’ll miss one of the older images as a result.

We’re currently working on a few features that should help bring a bit more consistency and information about tags. Currently released (but still in development) is the added information in tags/whatnot, that you can see at the bottom the page as here
 
Obviously, a big part of this is actually getting said descriptions. I’ll be adding these as I go, but we do have quite a few tags, and there are many for which I don’t really have much say in.
 
So this is the topic where we (as in everyone) lists tags that need descriptions, and proposes a Short Description (one short line we can use in many places around the site) and a Detailed Description (which would be displayed in the tags/whatnot page as seen above, and can contain textile formatting).

I’ve got Doctor Who, Tokyo Godfathers, Breaking Bad, and Digimon. I’ve already started the first two; they’re pretty good.

It’s almost been a month since BF4 came out, kinda susprised noone has made a thread on derpibooru about it yet.
 
That and the BattleLog forums have a mlp thread also. So i guess i’ll break the ice and get this started here.

Quick question to get started, what gaming platform are you using?

I keep picking up the new update labeled as a trojen by the antimalware scanner. I checked the avast forums on the issue, and it turns out everyone is having that same problem. turns out the new update is being buggy from what I’m assuming. It was suggested that it’s just a false positive.

does ‘screencap’ tag make sense with episode gifs? or are screencaps just stills?  
seems cumbersome to type out a particular episode title and ‘animated’ tag, specially if you’re just searching generally for show gifs.

This isn’t focusing on what’s inside the box, but gathering the keys. As we all know Castle Mania (or Mane-ia according to a screenshot) airs next Saturday. I have a hunch that they might find their first key there.

seriously, I’m tired just having that sensitive personality and feeling bad. some of my friends say it’s a good thing to be that one person who can express their emotions and life through art things. I feel like it’s not a good thing. I get ridiculed by numerous people because I’m quiet, I’m not mentally strong, and I can’t be artistic because it makes me weak.
 
That personality test I took told me was either an INFJ or INFP. It told me I was a quiet thinker who can strive to be an artist. It said I had matching personalities with Edward Norton, J.K. Rowling, Al Pacino, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Plato. It also showed me that I had matching personalities with Hitler, Kurt Cobain, and Marylin Manson, which really sounds depressing to me.
 
I don’t feel motivated or happy about myself because everyone tells I’m just a wrong person for just being quiet, and art is for the weak. I just terrible about it.
 
I sometimes wished I could just be loud like everyone else and capable of not caring about anything and being ignorant of things. It looks like a very happy life to have instead of being that stupid little quiet guy who draws stupid shit.
 
How can I stop being like that kind of person? It just feels terrible being this way and being hated by everyone in my life because of it.
