For me, “garters” is only applicable if the belt isn’t visible. If it is, it’s simply “garter belt” rather than using both tags.

Both “convenient censoring” and “conveniently obscured” have already become aliases of “strategically covered”. So it seems only right for the “convenient censor” tag to follow suit. Unless there are any specific differences between the two.
