That part of the guidelines is about the character’s action, not the camera’s, zooming in on a butt is something done in FiM itself at times, but there’s no direct equivalent for the dancing motion. The image is currently under review.

The fluid isn’t really anything (it doesn’t show signs of being sexual), would be Suggestive from the implication of the diagram, but the diagram is either Suggestive or Questionable on its own.

Not the right thread, this is ratings only. Image shouldn’t be tagged fetish given nothing is being sexualized in-universe or by presentation.
The matter of a specific fetish tag is something that’s eventually going to be handled, but isn’t priority. Your current best bet would be complex filtering with “vore, fetish”.
