I don’t see any tag created with the name “Spib”, so I don’t think it’s something very universally shared amongst people worth enough to make it an alias, since the purpose of it is to facilitate searches. It does sound cute though.

Constant practice, using lots of references and focusing on learning anatomy helps. Referencing is particularly important because it’ll help you to be able to see what to improve. I recommend a lot to look at DimFann.
