The Y-Files (Anthro, NSFW, Grimdark, Reboot)

Note: The following thread takes place 20 years after the events of the original thread.
 
The Y-Files was a government program made for the CBI back in the 1940s over the years, file after file came in, each file worse than the next…
 
Within the years 2009-2027, shit really started to change… Instead of pairing believers with skeptics, they filled it with more and more believers, the program started going into a crazy era, where files were being solved with ease.
 
With that, came questions… Against the whole program. By 2030, the program had been shut down… Within the next 6 years, however, lots of unexplained phononon (or however that’s spelled.) had come out, and it forced The Y-Files to reopen…

Notes: He can appear as a regular Alicorn, but can then into a hybrid of snake and pony. He is also able to turn completely into a rattlesnake, working as a decent disguise.

(From where we left off if I remember right… Dave knocked up Shayde with Triplets (Technically two were absorbed).)
 
(Well, I want to say in the 20 year timeskip timeframe, they got married. Unfortunately, it was brief, and only lasted 2-3 years. Citing that Dave wasn’t exactly himself and was emotionally unstable. Their relationship became extremely strained. And they divorced, and Dave pretty much went missing once it was finalized, so he fails to see his children grow up.)
 
(In that time, Dave went off the grid, living in a cabin, out of the way, and was never noticed. In fact, he started… Collecting snakes, lots of them, like a crazy cat lady, Dave is a crazy snake person. Any people who pass by in the woods become increasingly disturbed.)
 
(So, when we start, I don’t want to use Dave… Not yet. I’m gonna bring in a new character I made, a female shark pony. More details in her sheet I’ll make soon. The shark pony is Shayde’s new partner, for the time being.)
 
(The first case they do, is at the cabin Dave is, as the file involved “A pony who controls all snakes.” This is an extreme exaggeration. Dave controls no snakes, just owns a ton of them. Folk lore fuled such lies.)
 
(So, how they find Dave, I’ll make up as I go, still figuring it out. But once he is found, he isn’t mentally stable at all. And is extremely paranoid of the government and doesn’t trust anyone, including Shayde. That’s about it.)

For the first time in a long time, the Y-Files offices were reopened, well… most of them, for an odd reason one of the offices were missing, it was Dave’s. Wallpaper was put over his door and it effectively covered it up, like it was never there…
 
All the offices had collected dust and any time somebody opened a file cabinet, a cloud of dust would come out.
