1000 hours ms paint beaing censored

Is it just me or ms paint tags are being censord or i have a glitch on the website. Its really annoying for advanced artists when they have painted a nice drawing in mspaint or sai tool paint and it gets censored. Is it fair or a problem ?

Images where actual effort and skill were used shouldn’t be tagged with that.

You’re free to remove the tag from images that were actually made with effort/non-trolling.  
If someone else keeps re-tagging images that don’t apply with it, please report them.

To add to that:  
There’s the legitimately amazing mspaint tag for (what most people would consider) good pictures made in MS Paint. So even if it actually took 1000 hours to make a “good” picture, that one should be used instead of the 1000 hours in ms paint tag, which (like @Zeb explained) is for “bad” and troll pictures.

Yeah , but others make bases there and art skectes , why labeled like that . I mean , that a base can be made in ms paint but custumeized in paint tool sai.

Every time I see a base, I wonder why they don’t just learn to vector.
 
It’s pretty easy to get started, not to mention the tools are free.

Uhm… I’m not sure I understand your question. The ms paint tag itself doesn’t get spoilered or hidden by any default filter, if that’s what you’re asking.  
Can you link some example pictures and explain exactly which tag this is about?

Well , pixlir is like photo layers for the computer and whenthey rub the back ground , the start rubbing the hair and make it to a base via ms paint.

To reiterate, can you provide some examples of images that you think are being erroneously filtered because of any tag related to MS Paint?
 
Please note, there are approximately 250 images with the “1000 hours in ms paint” tag that will be filtered by your complex filter because they have a score “score.lte:-50”.

People often even tag it on images that aren’t even MSPaint like blatantly. Honestly I don’t even see why this tag exists as it’s so blatantly misused all the time in various ways

I think they aren’t interpreting it literally, but rather are tagging in the spirit of the tag. (Which is wrong, by our definition, but I digress). At the risk of explaining the joke, “1000 hours in ms paint” has been a meme for a very long time, and its blatantly false hyperbole lends itself to any work of “art” where practically zero effort or talent is on display, including photoshop edits where only the rectangle marquee tool has been used to copy-paste something in, mouse-drawn scribbles in whatever software, etc. We’re more specific in our definition of the tag because we have the luxury of other, similar tags to cover the scope of images not created in MS Paint. Quality and 1000 years in photoshop, for example.

I didn’t mean “imply” in the sense of the tagging system, I meant in terms of language. The hypothetical people I’m talking about aren’t treating the phrase as “I say, this is a work of art that must have taken a thousand hours of work in the software Microsoft Paint.” They’re just treating it as a noise with meaning - “athousandhoursinemesspaint” - and their meaning is a lot more generalized because they don’t get bogged down in the specific words.
 
It’s a problem that can be addressed so long as we understand what we’re addressing, y’know?

New question: If I use MS Paint to tidy up a messy picture, should it be tagged “ms paint”?
