Alias "futarb" to "futa barb"

As in, make ““futarb[](/tags/futarb) vanish and leave ““futa barb[](/tags/futa+barb). I’m a bit unsure if I put it in the proper order.
 
“Futarb” is apparently some old tag for futa barb which basically isn’t used anymore but for some reason still has images that are tagged with it.

Seems to be the case.
