It probably shouldn't imply cutie mark.

Nothing's ever been done about it, but this topic has been discussed before, and it's been concluded that cutie marks shouldn't be tagged in an image unless they are the main focus or the only thing in the image, like a close up or a vector of a cutie mark. Therefore having cutie mark on human imply cutie mark would lead to further mistagging.
