Can we imply this tag timberdazzle people seem to be shipping the two for some reason.

How would you know this? “not planning” implies intention. How do you know the uploader’s intention? Does this mean: if someone other than the verified artist put up the tag, would it be valid? \
 
Let’s come up with a scenario.
 
Say a BP uploaded a pic with no description, no source, no artist tag, nothing. But then reverse image searches came up empty, meaning it’s only up on derpibooru and nowhere else.  
hence, can’t we say it’s derpibooru exclusive by the mere fact that it’s only found on derpibooru? If that’s the case, can we put the tag up regardless if we know the intention of the uploader / artist?

its usually only tagged by the artist anyway.  
someone else likely wouldn’t apply the tag on their behalf unless they know the artist intended for it to be derpibooru exclusive, even if only for a day or so.  
Otherwise, if it’s only just been uploaded in the last hour or so, then yeah probably wait before tagging.  
It’s generally pretty easy to tell if an image actually is derpi exclusive if it has been on derpi for a few days and the artist clearly hasn’t posted it anywhere else.
 
if someone has obtained the image directly from the artist and is uploading it on their behalf because the artist doesn’t want to or can’t be bothered, then it should still count.

I’m asking because my latest uploads probably meets the requirements for derpi exclusive, but doesn’t have them.
 
My guess is prolly because I’m not a verified artist.

You’d need to be verified as the artist before getting any artist related badges anyway.

My two eurocents: you don’t have to be an artist to use the “derpibooru exclusive” tag. I used that tag for years before actually verifying my artist status last week.
 
For you, take >>1966904 for example. I can’t find it in your DA gallery, so if you ask me, you can tag it “derpibooru exclusive” if you want.

it’s not about the badge. it’s about proper tagging. badge or no badge. When I asked this question in the badge thread I understand that they thought I was going for a badge.
 
That’s why I went to the tag thread, to learn proper tagging, badge irrelevant.
 
So. Another question. Can anyone other than the verified artist put the tag up? You mentioned YES: if the user knows the artist’s intention. OKAY. BUT is there a tag that specifies a work of art ONLY FOUND in derpibooru? artist intention or not.

I’d agree. The point of the derpibooru exclusive tag is that it signifies that something only appears on here. If a given piece of art is only present on this site, then it should get the tag. That’s it.

“Vulgar” could be be either suggestive or explicit depending on context, so not really.

Your best bet there is reporting it to staff. They’ll make a call and tag it appropriately, then keep an eye on it.
