Frustration in Excelsis

xk-class end-of-the-world scenario needs cleanup.
It’s a term originating from the SCP Foundation, which means it’s far from being set in stone and prone to evolving over time, but it’s generally part of the site’s ranking system for apocalyptic scenarios and stands to mean situations where the world isn’t a thing anymore (as opposed to a CK-class where the previously dominant species isn’t a thing anymore, or a ZK-class where the universe isn’t a thing anymore, or so on).
As a basic, loose rule of thumb – if Equestria breaks, it’s an XK-class. If the universe breaks, it’s a ZK-class. The two tags are aliased into one another, so it’s a semantic distinction more than anything, but they still involve – as the name implies – something classifiable as “the end of the world”.
Now, both because the Foundation isn’t big on really strict terminology guidelines* and because this site uses the tag in a fairly humorous manner, I don’t think excessive policing is in order – but there’s no way on God’s green Earth that images like these ones possibly warrant it. The end of the world should, even if not actually implied, at least easily imaginable or inferable!
Insofar as I can tell,
The point I’m trying to get at is that the tag seems like it’s intended to be about the end of the world and jokes about the end of the world. At the moment, it’s simply filled with a random collection of images with little to no unifying themes, and unless some weeding is done I don’t see how much good it does to have it. If nothing else, a description should be added saying what the tag is and what it’s typically used for.

xk-class end-of-the-world scenario
seems to be intended to be a combination of “end of the world”, “implied end of the world”, “imminent end of the world” and “not really the end of the world but we’re intentionally overreacting in order to make a joke”. Fair enough, but tagging it on random pictures with assorted bad situations, generally unpleasant events or random characters becoming alicorns dilutes the tag and renders it less useful and less interesting to browse – some cleanup is needed, at at least a rough and loose-ish description to explain what the tag is trying to be. At this point, if this tag is anything, it’s “unideal situations, vague or greater danger and also alicorns”.The point I’m trying to get at is that the tag seems like it’s intended to be about the end of the world and jokes about the end of the world. - The Foundation as in the real-life website; the in-universe organization likes strict terminology guidelines just fine.
