And should Lejandar Gygax count as a character, too? At least the name could imply Gizmo, maybe also Ogres and Oubliettes.

Per “Daring Doubt”, “rogue (character)” should be the main tag for “pow (character)” (“rogue” the current tag touches on any character dresses as a rogue, so doesn’t seem to right to kick that tag out for the minor show character)

I don’t know who came up with this new name tag after “Stranger Than Fan Fiction” aired and why, but the filly tagged as “Peach Tart” is actually Peach Fuzz, who is seen in the show since Season 4.  
She has merely been wearing a mane wig and a tail wig that are part of her Daring Do cosplay at the Daring Do convention seen in “Stranger Than Fan Fiction” and the book signing seen just now in “Daring Doubt”.  
Since three features are combined here, cutie mark, coat color and eye color, that are all the exact same as Peach Fuzz’, it should be pretty clear who this filly is.

Just to point this out here, but we have four other background characters who are basically similar to Derpy with the exception of their mane and tail being different colors.

And they didn’t wear costumes when they were seen in the show. If “this filly” would have shown up anywhere else than at a Daring Do convention and without a costume, I would immediately think she’s Peach Fuzz’ twin sister who wears her mane and tail differently and who dyes them in a different color, so she can be told apart from Peach Fuzz. And start to come up with theories why they have the same cutie mark and what that means.  
But since it was at the convention, where every attending pony was wearing some sort of Daring Do cosplay, the different mane and tail, in combination with the rest of her look, make clear that they’re part of the costume and just wigs.  
And, as cheezedoodle said under the screencap he uploaded of Peach Fuzz in her cosplay, the mane and tail look just as messed up as the shirt and the helmet, so they’re part of the costume and are so messed-up to meet the general style/theme of it.  
There is not really something that indicates this could be a different filly than Peach Fuzz.

The same thing can be said for Shutterbug and the other foals at the convention too, we haven’t seen them outside of the convention either. After all, the characters I’m mentioned haven’t shown up outside of Winter Wrap Up.

Same with Gordon Ramsay, but for some reason he has a character tag. For me the pony one should be called “Gourmand Ramsay” like the MLP wiki named him.
