[Spoiler] Should *capper* (and *catrina*) have an *anthro* tag?

I was just planning on asking this, albeit to be more broader as to what may or may not count as anthro since I see tag wars over it but I was curious about this primarily.  
IMO Capper lacks the shape to be tagged anthro. Look at what usually gets tagged as that here. It’s humanoid creatures with some non-human traits. Usually in shape they tend to be very human. Capper otoh doesn’t have that shape, he has short legs and a long torso. In general his overall shape is kinda like a real cat standing on two legs.

Just to note:  
It was decided to tag Capper and the like as Anthro.
