As of The Summer Sun Setback, Queen Chrysalis’ photographer disguise is officially named Crackle Cosette, therefore:
Shutter Bug -> Crackle Cosette
(either an alias like with Marble and Limestone Pie previously having been Inkie and Blinkie Pie, or an implication in the same vein as Berry Punch and Berryshine )
Think of it like this: Both are valid names. “Shutter Bug” was the (fanon) name she chose for her disguise when pretending to be a photographer. But when she was speaking to the unicorns in charge of fireworks, she gave herself the (canon) name Crackle (like fireworks) Cosette (French meaning “little thing” or in modern times, “victorious”).
