Spike the Regular Dog Should be Spike the Puppy

I feel its time to change Spike the regular dogs tag to Spike the puppy we only used that name for dog spike back in the days when he couldn’t talk and I think nobody bothered changing it because Spike the Dog was already taken.

I’m not entirely satisfied with pony world/human world tags are handled in general. Most characters don’t have a separate tag for their human counterparts, but if Spike is going to have one, it should probably make more sense than dog versus regular dog.
 
However, I don’t think calling either of them puppy is the correct course, either. They’re both puppies in the human world, just like they’re both dogs.
 
Perhaps we could let dragon!Spike be Spike, and refer to dog!Spike as eqg spike? In fact, as long as we’re giving unique EqG tags to Twilight, Celestia, and Luna, why not extend this to every character? Simply use the eqg prefix (EqG Photo Finish) and have it imply the vanilla character tag (Photo Finish), so that even if another pony world creature becomes human, or vice versa, they can remain distinct from their counterpart (EqG Photo Finish≠Photo Finish).
