If some piece of fanart is “stolen art” or would qualify for “art theft”, just report it for Rule #1 and provide a link that shows what or whose art was stolen.
On the other hand, if it’s just another in a long line of examples of Hasbro or some other company using Fan Art in their own products, well, then yeah - those tags make sense, and there isn’t anything Rule #1 can do about it.
Looking through the tags … ugh.
Ok, clearly some of these should have been reported for Rule #1 but people just tagged it “Stolen Art” or “Art Theft” and never reported it. And in other cases people are actually tagging colored versions of pencil line art as “stolen”, when it’s clearly just a colored or inked version of lineart.
What a mess.
I will look through these tags once I get the other stuff on my plate caught up.
