Tags missing in images downloaded?

Downloaded pictures are not tag named anymore? I just downloaded 3 images from 2 weeks ago, but they all are missing every single tag in their name.
 
All I get is a number for the image name, like 1820989 in example.
 
At least that’s what happens when I right click > save file.
 
Something going on?

Use the Download button to get the tagged file; the file on display contains no tags to avoid cache issues.
