Way to take back what's mine?

So, some months ago, I uploaded this image:

It was an original character which I created, and art that I had commissioned. Shortly after, it was also uploaded by the above. While irritating, it did not bother me too much at the time. However, in light of recent events, I would like to take it back, and make some alterations to the information included.
 
To that end, is there a way for me to get the image returned to my account, and allow me to do such things?

Well, it seems that Somebody (that was the name the notification gave) read what I asked and managed to do so. So, thank you to them for that. However, is there a proper method to do, should such a thing happen again in the future?
