I’m talking things like “Scootaloo’s Love For Pain”. There’s no way even the world’s best writer could make that pile of shit better.

I don’t have much of an idea for a plot though

In a story I’m currently planning out, a number of rings With incredible power feature very heavily into the plot (gee, sounds familiar doesn’t it?). Now, I have the number of rings finalized (16), as well as the names and powers of all of them, except for one. Would anyone be willing to help me out by throwing some ideas my way?
 
I’m trying to make sure that each ring has a unique ability, so if needed, I can post a list of the rest of the rings and their powers.

I want to come up with an outfit for Starlight to wear that’s RWBY/Final fantasy inspired. I already have some sort of Mage outfit idea for Twilight but I can’t decide between Mage outfit for Starlight or a Magician assistant outfit.

Got another question about that Fire Emblem story I have lined up- Children: Yes or No? I would like to implement them, but I’m not really sure how; there’s no time travel like there was in Awakening, or weird pocket dimensions where time flows differently like in Fates. I could do a lengthy time skip, like there was in Genealogy of the Holy War, but that’ll completely wrecked the timeframe I have planned out so far.
 
The closest thing I’ve been able to come up with is a “facsimile:” Essentially an artificial person made from combining both parents’ blood together as a template. Granted, any angst arising from the facsimiles perceiving themselves as not being “real” will be kept to a minimum, but that idea might end up raising too many questions.

Personally, I say have them in the epilogue. That’s what I was going to do.

Fair enough. I’m trying to come up with ideas of how to boost the numbers for cast members. The fire emblem games are known for their diverse and colorful cast of characters, but I’m starting to run out of ideas. Although maybe 28 isnt a bad number to stop on

28 sounds like a good hard cap. If I may share something funny, my incomplete FE/MLP fic was want made me start on creating next-gen characters.

I may be able to squeeze out a few more, but I probably shouldn’t go any higher. The FE games generally have a large cast- even the games with smaller casts still have playable characters that number in the high 30s/low 40s. But I’m not making a video game here, so the requirements will be different.
 
And that number just incorporates the “playable” characters. That doesn’t include the supporting cast or antagonists.

I should’ve guessed. But I’ve still got a lot of fine tuning to do before the whole cast is finished. And I still have to plot out everything. And finish that map I was working on.

Also, I wonder what the particular criteria was for the series tags. Fallout and Transformers are obvious, stuff like Mario, Touhou, Phoenix Wright and How To Train Your Dragon make sense, and then there’s Life is Strange, Winx Club, Tales of Symphonia and Golden Sun, which I really wasn’t expecting at all… Why these particular series?

I was too but a couple of things were screwy so I signed out. But now I can’t sign back in.

Is it possible to write a character being deleted from existence, but still has a living kid?

Without bringing in alternate timelines/dimensions or some kind of realm outside time where the rules of causality aren’t entirely in effect, most likely not.

Ah. I had not taken that possibility into consideration. Yes, magic may permit the existence of a child even if their parent is forcibly removed from existence.

But if they’re erased from existence, than their offsprings would also being heavily affected be it, since they’re part of them, and would not exist if they’re erased.
