Nope. Ponies actually have a “mirrored” version of their mane, but I only use it when they are facing one direction and turn their head the other way. Trixie and Rarity’s are very distinct, while characters like Twilight Sparkle are much more subtle and only have the pink and purple stripes behind the horn instead of in front :D

And let’s not forget that if Trixie can turn porcelain into teacups, perhaps anypony can turn himself into anypony else. Though I’ve a feeling that recognition algorithms may be very sensitive, especially at high resolutions.
