Does it really matter so much what canon say?
 
Well, does the people who are obsessed with canon (to the point of hating ships like Fluttermac, Sparity, etc. and worship Rarijack, Fluttercord, Cheerimac, SunsetSparkle, etc. because of screentime and chemistry) answer your question?
 
Even if I am not a slave to canon, that doesn’t mean I have to hate ships like ShiningCadance (the only canon ship I support and love) and other canon ships outside of MLP.
 
As for the rest of your reply, you’re right.
 
If I have to show a fan episode or a fan film to a convention, I will try to do it as long as the convention isn’t official from a company who owns it. Glad to make me realize a fanfic of mine or anyone else’s (as long as I ask for permission to adapt it) is possible to be adapted into a fan episode or fan film. Thanks.

Well, the point of fan made material isn’t really to enforce it upon the actual creator of a specific show or series.
Fan made material is for fans to enjoy. The creator could maybe get some inspiration and take some hints, listen a little bit of what the fans have to say. But I still believe there should be a healthy distant between fans head canons and the original creator intent vision.
If that’s the case, how can we adapt a fanfic or fanfic series into a series or a movie for every fan to see it on conventions, theaters, the internet, etc.? We are not professional screenwriters for film and television. And like I said before. Fanfiction or fanart cannot fix what’s canon in media. The creators will always ship our NOTP’s as much as they ship our OTP’s.
 
I wouldn’t say fixing. Canon is canon. Does it really matter so much what canon say? Just do what you like?  
But If you are really passionate about making your fan work into a real movie? Then nothing is really stopping you.  
If you got the motivation, goal, passion, time and maybe money (depending on how professional you want it to look) then you can just grab a piece of paper and draw a storyboard.  
You can start a patreon to get more people involved in your project, if your vision is attractive enough.  
But realistically, an official cinematic release is not really..um how do I say this gently…possible?  
I mean Hasbro own’s the right, so it’s not gonna happen.  
But it’s not impossible to make a short movie/episode for a convention or such similar event to show fans and still have a generous amount of an audience. Internet to is a powerful platform.  
So why not go for that if your really determined.

If So how can a fanfilm be for everyone to see if we cannot have it into theatres without permission and such?
 
Besides, maybe I just want to see fanfics come to life as a movie/show adaptation rather than just a picture that never moves or a shitload of paragraphs that tell a story. So I would feel like the writers canonized my OTP in the show rather than theirs.

Enjoy your head canon. Write your fan fics and draw pics or whatever. If you want to make a movie, make a movie. But you’re not going to get a fan-made movie into “theaters” without licensing from Hasbro. So - you’ve got a lot of work ahead of you.
 
But no one is ever obliged to watch or like what you create, much less “every fan”.
 
Make what you want to make and enjoy it.

Enjoy the head canons and shipping you have by yourself or share it on the internet and find other like minded people to enjoy the same thing as you and create a small community around that.
