I interpreted the ending as literally all of their power being taken away, even the ones natural to them, like Chrysie’s shapeshifting. 😢 (Evidence: Tirek lost the power that “Grogar” gave him in the premiere, which had nothing to do with the bell.)

They were all temporarily dead or in a coma. Twilight had no memory of what happened and the CMC had to tell her. Mudbriar was only able to remember because he learned so much about rocks from dating Maud that he gained the ability to be conscious as one because he had 100% understanding of what it was like to be a rock thanks to Maud.

I also just prayed to Cozy Glow asking her to use supernatural powers to break out of the stone and take over Equestria, but to use her power for good instead of for evil and to love everypony in the universe. I hope that works. I sometimes pray to fictional characters, because I believe there might be a multiverse and that God might’ve incarnated into infinite forms, giving me the ability to pray to a real Cozy Glow from a universe where MLP is 100% real.
 
I also haven’t prayed to Celestia since she tortured Cozy, because I’m still mad at her for that, but I will pray to her in the future to let her know that I forgive her and pleading with her to take mercy on the greatest little pony of all time, who’s also my alternate universe girlfriend.

It might give some insight to the alternate universes where Cozy Glow is real. It felt like she was really real when I dreamt it and I was very, very in love with her and felt like I was probably making her slightly less evil by slowly getting her to love me back by being super nice to her.
