Your theory still has the exact same problems. If she had a ‘berserk button’, it would of been triggered the second time Twilight gave her speech. The most likely reason why she was pissed off the first time is that she doesn’t consider herself a villain, Twilight’s beliefs vomit all of her own, and she is simply disgusted, not traumatized, by hearing Twilight’s speeches.
You don’t need to be a special snowflake to hate one of Twilight’s speeches. Contrasting beliefs =/= trauma.
Okay, how about this then? Unlike Nightmare Moon, Discord and Tirek, Starlight shut down Twilight’s friendship speech because she had a Berserk Button involving what was trying to be conveyed to her. In this case, it was challenging her beliefs. Basically, none of the past antagonists cut off Twilight because she never said anything that personally offended them in some way.

Or Nightmare Moon, Discord, and Tirek were Card-Carrying Villains and let Twilight finish her speeches as part of the whole “Hero vs Villain Dynamic”. They are professionals unlike Starlight who has less time in the villain business.

That doesn’t make much sense at all. Just because the others villains had an absence of interrupting Twilight doesn’t indicate that Starlight had a special reason. That’s the worst type of logic.
For one thing, all she would have to be to react that way is to fervently believe her system works over the system Twilight and Celestia preach, and dislike annoying soap-box speeches Twilight hands out like cheap cigars. Which isn’t hard honestly, even a non extreme personality has a good chance of not wanting to hear anymore speeches from Twilight.
Second, if she was truly traumatized by those kind of speeches, she would of interrupted again when Twilight went on a complete tangent and continued her speech after Starlight asked her about her magic skills. But she didn’t.
I don’t understand why anyone would think Starlight needs a reason to hate Soap-box speeches. Especially when Starlight doesn’t consider herself evil like most of the other villains (sans early EG Sunset), the antithesis to her beliefs are going to piss her off greatly. A villain who considers themselves evil would only consider Twilight a fool and nothing more. A person who believes themselves virtuous but has the opposite beliefs would consider Twilight to be the very picture of what they want to change.
It would also justify why every antagonist of the previous 2-parters never cut Twilight off in the middle of her friendship speech before. Think about it. Unlike Nightmare Moon, Discord and Tirek, Starlight probably already heard what Twilight was trying to explain to her and it resulted in her remembering some traumatic experiences she went through which eventually lead her becoming the manipulative dictator she is today.

The Doctor starts with a bit of a “Kirk Summation” and it ends with Davros doing a bit of a own speech.
