- He’s been a teacher at the Time Lord Academy.
- His special talent is TARDIS-engineering.
- I based his cutie mark of a deleted scene from Doctor Who because…well TARDISes can look like anything.. so having his cutie mark be a TARDIS would be kind of impossible.
- He has a pretty big relevance to Dinky’s life.
- But he’s also dead.
