Perhaps some of these commenters could take a cue from him and learn to view criticism as an assessment of flaws rather than a riot-inciting attack.
Do you know what a statistical data means? The polls for presidential elections were made with like couple of hundreds opinions. It was enough to make general consensus. Just becuase you don’t like 4chan doesn’t mean it is somehow filled with non sapient animals. Smae ratings would have been given if Sethisto made polls after every episode on Equestria Daily.

I would rate the premiere lower than any episode but i can still admit that these ratings are accurate. Stop being salty that the episodes aren’t always 10/10 you crybabies. I know it’s a matter of personal taste but you can still respect overal reception and scientific research.

Anyway, out of 10 episodes this season there were at least 5 - and probably 7 - that were worse than the Maud one. Being king of S8 isn’t much to brag about so far though.

The post season ratings threads aren’t just a strawpoll. It has all episodes from all seasons ranked from best to worst, no ties. Then several hundred of those get averaged together and you get a fairly accurate view of the episodes ratings. I don’t see the Derpibooru “”“community””” do anything but whine about 4chan.
It’s worth as much as anyone but here they try to make themselves look like the Pew Research Center when they’re just Strawpoll.me
In a lesser extent,that remind me of that other clown that Tweeted his graph of his own grading of The Simpsons seasons only to be applauded by other clownq to how “accurate” it was and now are haling it as FACT.I always had a problem with the circlejerk that decided everything past Season 10 was trash.I’m absolutely convinced it was still funny from S10 to 17.It’s at 18 they started to seriously loose steam

They’re entitled to their opinion,if they didnt liked the Mud Briar episode,more power to them (the cyinc in me think it came from fandom darling Maud Pie havig a boyfriend).What i absolutely loath is how they dangle that graph put together in 15 minutes on Microsoft Excel and being pompous nerds about their data.You just did a poll among users on a website,not a peer-reviewed study
Anyway… as much as I’m sure it’s possible to come up with a valid numerical rating for what is essentially subjective opinion, I seriously doubt 4Chan is going to be (or even should be) the one to do it.
Look at that Microsoft Excel board dangled as if it was important . Did they peer-reviewed that ? Did they debate which color to use ? F****g clowns
