First divergence point in the story, depending on whether or not Pinkie Pie decides to give the policewomen a taste of the sea, by transforming them, or decides to do the right thing and keeps a safe distance to show her ID and circulation card of the scooter

Fluttershy is still dizzy and recovering. Pinkie Pie lets Fluttershy go, carefully letting her get used to the water, while former wades towards the pier with her hands raised. Closing the distance to the pier, Pinkie Pie pulls out her ID from her poofy hair, much to the surprise and dismay of all the onlookers. She keeps her hands up and tells the officers her intention to show the documents that demonstrate that she is the owner of the scooter, so the confusion and the charges are dropped. Misty Fly still keeps Applejack on her sights, but now she is more relaxed as Pinkie Pie climbs up the pier, slowly and with the ID already out. Deputy Copper is still wondering what is going on, but definitely the situation is starting to defuse. Misty Fly wonders how the pink-skinned and haired girl got such a realistic and life-like mermaid costume. Pinkie manages to climb and now she lies atop the wooden planks of the pier, slowly trying to “kneel” and show the ID. Suddenly, Pinkie has a funny thought…
