Next up is Colorado, the Rocky Mountain State. I actually lived in Co for several years when my father was in the Air Force. You want to go to a state that has a lot of snow, this is one of them. That’s the thing I miss the most, was the snow. Of course my father would tell me, “You never had to drive or shovel it.” Lol.
 
Aerial Ace- I knew right away I’d come up with an Air Force pony for this one since the Air Force Academy is located here. I’ve visited that place, it has one of the coolest looking churches there on base. The Air Force’s colors are ultramarine blue and golden yellow so I made sure to use those two colors in here. I gave Ace a ‘military’ hair cut and wanted to present him as stern but proud. His coat is light to signify clouds and sky. Of course his cutie mark represents the air force too.
 
Columbine- The name refers to the state flower. That’s suppose to be her cutie mark too. I based the colors off of it too with combinations of white, light blue, and lavender. I accidentally misspelled the name though. Oh well.
