Well, I mean, she does use it in the episode itself to get Angel to do her chores while in her body.
Didn’t she said she’ll only use it in dire circumstances and high-risk emergencies?

I’ve always preferred cats, but I agree with Lao, you shouldn’t hurt a dog.
