“Quiet, my friends. Your time will come.”
 
Nothing major: simply a minor poster of Lord Tirek of my MLP AU stories, accompanies by two of his Tiracians. I may have explained this in the Tiracian post, but these monsters are based on the very demon-dragons created by Tirac/Tirek in “Rescue at Midnight Castle”, and used to draw his Chariot of Midnight, in order to spread the power of The Rainbow of Darkness, and bring forth eternal darkness.
 
The Night That Never Ends.
 
Tirek on his own was quite freaky enough for a cartoon about colorful, prancing girl products. But then he uses the power of Darkness to corrupt four of them into titanic hellspawn under his control. And even though i’m alright with how Tirek was portrayed in FIM, i am SERIOUSLY…..disappointed that neither the Rainbow of Darkness, nor the Demon Steeds associated with him were never utilized. Can you imagine what those things would look like in G4? Officially?
 
Well I sure do, which is why I made my own version of the animals, while also giving them a more twisted backstory, and an official name: Tiracians. A direct reference to Tirac of Midnight Castle, if ever there was none. In the Season 9 redux i’m writing, these abominations become the equivalent of the dreaded Garthim of “The Dark Crystal”. Monolithic engines of death, and destruction that are extremely difficult to defeat. Especially considering the Tiracians are hybrid monsters fueled by Darkness, and given the best/worst attributes of the most dangerous lifeforms in Equestria.
 
And Lord Tirek once again pulls their reigns in the story, as only he should.
