It will also make FiM and EQG worthless for some bronies, the same way Picard ruined The Next Generation for some trekkies. Because yeah, you’re working with Kurtzman, and many trekkies despise Kurtzman because of Discovery.
Not to mention, the ships (Galaxy,Sovereign,K’tinga, etc.) will be very hard to animate.
And some species (Klingons, Cardassians, 8472, Jem’Hadar, Morn, etc) won’t look good in EQG-style. Not to mention every young female Andorian will look like Trixie.
So yeah, it won’t work.
