You could always just use BlueStacks to play it on PC.

Gameloft has already discontinued PC port. One user asked about the Windows verison on their fb page, and they replied that “recommend you to play it on iOS or Android”, which implies the discontinuation of the PC port.
But for MacOS, well it cannot be searched on app store for MacOS, even on models with M1 chip. Theoretically, Macbook with M1 chip can run this game directly since M1 chip is based on ARM structure.
