I’m basically saying that, according to society, you’re middle-aged at thirty and you’re expected to know what you want to do with your life before you enter college, where you must graduate at twenty-five; else, you are a failure in the eyes of society for failing to fulfill this necessary requirement.
 
I’m also asking how old the larger percentage of college students are if forty percent are older than twenty-five.

Forty percent of all college students that are starting college are older than twenty five, On average seventy is the true age in which a human is considered old, and middle age is generally defined as being between the ages of 40 and 60. This is statistic based and not opinion based.
 
tl;dr Your opinion is incorrect because it does not reflect reality. An opinion can be wrong if it is factually illogical, ex: flat earth believers claiming the Earth is flat is an example of an incorrect opinion.

My two cents; You’re officially middle-aged when you hit thirty, no ifs, ands, or buts. You turn old when you’re sixty, and you’re young from infancy to twenty-nine. Also, per societies rules, if you have not figured out what you want to do with your life when you’re a teen, graduate college by twenty-five, and marry/start a family by thirty, you are officially a failure at life. Which is what I am, so I know what I’m talking about.

Well if you have a child at 18 (like, say, having sex on your birthday and your child is born nine months later), then you’ll have a teenager at 31 and you could be a grandparent at 36 or 37.
