Description
An official name change for one of my longtime OCs. Started out as male, this OC got her first name following the noun-based naming convention of the show: Nebula Wing.
After sometimes I decided to make Wing into a female but kept her original name. And now, as I decided to make Wing a trans character with her transition being canon, I want to give her a new name following my own naming convention that I usually use to name my female OCs.
Her new name is Nebula Renata. Renata is the feminine form of Renatus, a late Latin name meaning “born again”. “Ren” (蓮) in Japanese also means ‘Lotus’, which is a flower that symbolizes ‘reborn’.
