I double-checked the comic on YT and Sunny literally lists the Mane 6’s names but not Spike at all.
“So it was Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy who created the crystals”
She didn’t acknowledge Spike at all either when saying that. That is what I was talking about too.
Spike should have been acknowledged too instead of just a nameless plushie easter egg

I bet if you asked the writer for this comic or a higher up from Hasbro about why the Mane Six didn’t take the call to stop this unicorn from being a shit, I bet they would say “I don’t fucking know, this is a little girl’s franchise. Why ask questions?”

Make your Mark when Izzy is digging through Sunny’s stuff. It’s easy to miss. Also I don’t see Sunny ever saying the Mane Six’s name other than Twilight and that doesn’t bother you?

Regardless, Sunny should have mentioned Spike HERE in this comic issue there.
Such as about what Discord was saying or when Sunny was mentioning the ones who made the Crystals

What if he is weaker than he used to be? There was an episode where he tried to be perfectly orderly, and he almost faded from existence. Maybe a more mild effect similar to that occurred.
Perhaps over time, living with the ponies balanced his personality a bit, so he still had that chaotic nature, but not quite as big of an trickster, so he did get a bit weaker, but was content with it given his relationship with Fluttershy and ponykind.

Hell, why is he flying at all? Dude can snap his fingers and bring them across the universe in an instant.

If only the plot resolution device that can LITERALLY WARP REALITY on a whim could solve “x” problem.
Seriously. How they keep him around while still being useless or at least removing his powers to make sense of things just baffles me.
The “OHH I’M JUST BEING USELESS SO YOU CAN GROW” cliche only works so many times…
