The boring answer is that commission ideas are often delayed months after they’re first thought of between personal finance and artist queues. This originally had winter outfits involved too but because of how late it was going to end up we went with no outfits to make it more general.
The superior answer is there is a very small list of things that can reliably get Zipp hugs and Pipp knows what they are and how to exploit them
