It’s a little more than that. He also is a manipulative arse that uses proxies to secure kiribans from people on dA as well as asking for countless requests. He is certainly not a nice person.
Oh, so the only thing he’s doing is constant dupe posting and insulting the mods in the tags? No I’m not on this site that much. I’m a fluffybooru abusefag who wishes this site luck in getting this stuff sorted out.
If you have not seen it, then you are new, not paying attention, not on enough to see, or you one of the really odd few that pop up at times to defined him(pr you are him…).
But more of you you can’t see as it’s him posting and re-posting dupes and they get removed or merged with other images.

Would one of you kind ladies and/or gentlemen point me to this Kein person’s faggotry?
It has been awhile since I have posted anything on Derpibooru, but I think this deserves a response. I do know of Kein’s idiocy and cringe every time I see an email from him in our submit box. I’ll talk to Seth to see if it is possible to blacklist him.
Have you tried contacting EqD, so they would know who they are dealing with? You have a whole lot of proof, so they would have to believe you. And even if they can’t talk to Kein in any way, they can at least stop treating him like some superawesome hero.

Dude, just let the admins team run it as is and let them come up with what to implement.
Trust me, most ides I have seen people give to help would only make the work load of the admins far larger then you think or will ostracized a huge number of users just to stop a very small few.
Then he’d just upload at night when fewer people would object, or during a high traffic day when it’d get lost in the shuffle.
Oh dear, of course I completely forgot how many images BPs upload.
Hm. Maybe a time-out of sorts? IOW, if no one votes “no” for the image within, say 30 minutes, it passes through automatically.
That’s a nice idea, but hundreds of pictures are uploaded here on a daily basis, the majority of them from anonymous people. That’s a lot of stuff to go through.
Some one asked that before, that would add TONS more work for them, in the long run not worth it.
It’s a lot of code to write, but who knows, maybe it could work?
Nobody knows why. Trust me, many have attempted to talk to Kein, but he never responds.
I think the closest anyone’e gotten to Kein in the last year and a half was Crenair asking Kien on DA to stop uploading his things, and him denying he was actually Kein. Yes, that’s pretty much the most I’ve ever heard of anyone getting anything from him.
We’ve tried PMs (many! to multiple accounts!), comments (obviously), emails (all ignored, if even real) and contacting him on DA and Tumblr. He just refuses to ever answer.
We’ve tried, we’ve really tried. But he doesn’t want to reciprocate, never has. As far as he’s concerned, Derpibooru is his property.
Deviantart doesn’t care if it’s just someone being a whiner. If he pulled this on Conceptart or something, he would more than likely hit the blacklist fairly quickly. Deviantart only cares about removing trolls or “trolls.”
Would he do something illegal to keep posting dupes? Undoubtedly.
As for stopping unregistered uploads, no. A great deal of good content comes from unregistered uploaders. Either people that simply don’t believe if registration or people that randomly find something neat and decide to upload it. It would do us, as in the community, far more harm than good.
As for proxy access, we already block well public proxies as best as we can, as well as Tor, but these things pop up by the dozen every minute. We could block proxies outright, but that would affect an extremely large number of legitimate users, including me.
Kein is an annoying wart; we’re not about to take a butcher’s knife and cleave off a pound of flesh to end him. If anything I take it as a matter of pride that the site’s biggest problem is some guy posting the Nightmare Moon and Celestia image 2-3 times a day.
But… why? Seriously, why? This sounds like some sort of strange mental disorder.

One wonders what would happen if we found a way to block him, like, if we disabled unregistered uploads or disabled proxy access. Think he’d do something illegally stupid?
It’s less that he needs to be the one and more no one else is allowed.
He uploads everything as anon for the past 4+ months. Pure anon, unregistered, no way for him to track his own uploads.
He never ever marks his dupes, ever. If someone uploads an image from a “lesser known” artist before he does, he’ll downvote the original upload (after duping, of course).
Whenever he uploads something from a lesser known artist, he’ll use a fake source so he can keep himself as the only uploader, hiding artists from other uploaders.
Whenever someone uploads an image and his original upload gets merged forward for whatever reason, he’ll throw a shit fit like we see here. It’s also what he does if someone dares upload a commission or request of his before he does.
He also likes insulting moderators in tags. Despite us repeatedly trying to contact him, his only method of communication is to call us “retarded” via tags.
Also he exploits artists on DeviantArt that offer free art via “kiribans” by abusing his proxies to ensure he grabs the “get”, as well as badgering artists incessantly for free art. Why he is isn’t on a blacklist over there is beyond me.
