Ngl, I feel like it could use its own tag so people can filter it if they hate them that much.
no because that would require effort and for most of these BPs to sign up and publicly expose themselves, and they can’t have that - they’re so confident in their opinions that they’d rather whine about it anonymously

having a dissenting opinion is fine, but if all that opinion amounts to is “ew POC/LGBTQIA+/women/etc.” then yeah that’s not great
and also because most of the time these people are such brick walls that even the most compelling of arguments won’t be enough to sway them since they’re so rooted in what they believe is right, even when it blatantly isn’t

Despite claims, I’ve seen so many goddamn arts types be called that. From cartoony to realistic to anime like. The only actual similarity between em is that the pieces called that have someone brown or non-mainstream abled lol

the problem is not the dark skin, it’s the tumblr artstyle
there are plenty of dark skinned drawings that look good, the problem here is a certain type of tumblr artstyle that makes things look ugly. i don’t know how to describe it but you know it when you see it, the facial features of a tumblr artstyle look like a caricature in a way you can’t quite put words to

Nah, no one complains about rule 63 if they’re intended to be like this. Dark skinned neither, they tend to be favorites even before Kotobukiya Rainbow Dash popularized dark skin. I mean, who can say no to this 😏?

I highly doubt her skin color is the reason. Most of the time dark skinned Twilight is accepted by the fandom, but it’s rather the art style. This isn’t the first time that kind of thing happened.
