Yeah. I got suspicious by the upload times of both luna pics from that “deviant” being nearly the same (no actual artist would ever do that), so then I google reversed them and got the originals pretty quick.
 
Happens all the time. This one was pretty easy to see through, too (if you know what to look for); some make it really hard with crops/borders/recolors/etc.

@barbeque You are correct. I was hunting for images to feature on the front page of the group I am founder of, The-Crystal-Empire. I came across that Luna and thought that it was something new. Turns out I was wrong, and I uploaded two pics of my OC/ponysona Parcly Taxel to “correct” the gaffe.

I assume you’re talking about >>554617 (merged) ?
 
If so, that particular pic was stolen from (the dA of) where it now redirects to. And we really need those notifications for deleted/merged images…
