I’m going to assume you’re wanting a constructive critique. Well, I’ll try my best.
 
Overall, it looks good. My only real issues are nitpicks. I echo BigMax’s concern about the left jawline being a bit too pushed-in, but I wouldn’t have noticed had he not mentioned it. In addition, ‘Shy’s hairline might be about an inch too high on her head. There’s also an area below her right ear where the shadowing is the skin tone when most of it should be coloured as the back-side of her hair, otherwise it makes her neck look thick.
 
More concerning is her expression. I like it in general; it’s quite well-drawn - the full lips in particular came out much better here than on your (pretty good) Sunset piece. However, that expression, which was perfect for Sunset and at least three of the Mane Six, seems somewhat counter to ‘Shy’s character most of the time. Now, I could believe it if this was “New Fluttershy” from PYHD. From a technical perspective, it’s fine; I want to make that clear. But I could see others complaining from a character standpoint.
 
I like the cheek-tattoo cutie mark. If I were to make a suggestion, I’d say you might want to move it up and slightly further from the nose so that it can be on the cheekbone.
 
All in all I’m going to give this piece a “Well Done” out of 10. This earns a fave from me. Keep up the good work. You’ve definitely got talent and I’d love to see you develop it.

Oh you’re in the right path indeed.
 
If there’s something I can point it out is that the jaw is a little bit pushed to the inside, but the detail is small enough that I might be mistaken about what can be improved here.
