Apparently Street Fighter 5 now has adverts for DLC in-game now.

The sole negative review of Into the Spider-Verse being all pissy about the lower framerate (despite the fact that it’s a stylistic choice) is PRECISELY why I hate framerate snobs who insist that if it’s not 60fps, it’s trash.

So would Thanos still be able to wipe out half the universe if he wasn’t able to snap his fingers or does the Infinity Gauntlet only work if you can snap your fingers?

everyone keeps saying the stones broke or something so it’s useless, the gauntlet is supposed to just let a person wield the combined powers of the stones, no stones no powers,

You know one thing that really bothers me about The Last Airbender (the movie)?
 
Apparently, the original cut for the film would have been over two hours, but Paramount had them remove 30+ minutes of footage from the movie because they feared that it would be too long and wouldn’t bring in audiences, which is part of why the movie was such a disjointed mess at the end. And also why Sokka never got a chance to be funny–all his comedic moments were cut out of the film because I guess they took up too much time.
 
My question is, why did they think nobody would watch the movie just because it was over two hours long? Infinity War and Titanic were both over two hours, and were both massive hits.

Well in Infinity Wars case you had like 20 movies worth of build up.  
You just can’t condense what took an entire season to tale.  
Book 1 is 20 episodes that’s like 10 hours (9 and a half if we cut the Divide) so even if it was 2 hours it really wouldn’t have helped.  
Huh makes me wonder how long that play really was.

If you want a better example that didn’t have buildup, look at all three of the Lord of the Rings movies. All of them, even The Fellowship of the Ring, were over two hours long.
 
I can imagine a movie of The Last Airbender working if they only focused on the key moments in the story with some room for breathing in between. The Blue Spirit subplot, for example, could have been removed entirely.

I hate channels like 9 Media that put out videos that are just trailers that are compiled of multiple trailers to look like they’re new trailers.

So Doppelganger is also a spider totem? That’s kinda funny.

Has anyone else around here heard about the Sonic the Hedgehog movie that will be coming out in 2019? I am wondering how they’ll be doing it since it’s billed as live-action; I assume Sonic will be CGI? Or maybe they’ll just go the cheapo route and put some guy in a really ratty costume?
