The deadline for submissions is about an hour away (at the time of posting). Normally I'd post this when we actually hit the deadline, but it's late and I'm sleepy, so I'm posting it now :)


 
This year we got about 1300 characters submitted, which is an amazing number considering that the show ended over a year ago! I would like to thank everyone who submitted their character, who drew someone else's character, who helped spread the word about this event, who helped answer questions, who helped edit art, and everyone else who helped others participate in this event! These events take a lot of effort from hundreds of people, but the end result is always amazing thanks to everyone involved!

There's been a lot of questions about late submissions (more so than previous years). A lot of people have asked if they could have a bit more time, and the answer is - of course!


 
To accommodate for late submissions, we're adding an extended deadline of:
 
**Friday, January 8th, 23:59:59 PDT (GMT-8)*

As long as your image is uploaded to the site and tagged with the "[2021 community collab":](/tags/2021+community+collab) tag by that date, it will be included - no need to post here or PM me (please don't PM me). That will be the final deadline, and any submissions after that are not guaranteed to be included in the final image (you'd have to ask after that point - I'd probably still stay yes, but can't make any promises).
