You know that if you use the >>####p (where #### is the image number) method of linking images it will automatically spoiler depending on filter so you don’t have to bother with the [spoiler] method. Incidentally, said method can also be used in regular image comments too now.

Said secret only works if you use the image url method of linking images. What you do is: you take the image url like so
 
https://derpicdn.net/img/view/2014/1/14/524545__safe_solo_rainbow+dash_cute_sleeping_adorable_adorable+as+fuck_dashabetes_artist-colon-popcornpuffs.png
 
then you add the text between parentheses right after the extension like so
 
https://derpicdn.net/img/view/2014/1/14/524545__safe_solo_rainbow+dash_cute_sleeping_adorable_adorable+as+fuck_dashabetes_artist-colon-popcornpuffs.png(quack)
 
and then when you put an exclamation mark at each end presto, magic happens.

And of course to make it clickable you just add a :/ with the image number behind it so :/524545 in this case.
