Started watching Evangelion. It's good. But I gotta say you can tell it was made in the 90s.

2nd impact wiped out most of humanity and somehow not only is the UN still around, but Tokyo( and maybe other places, I'm still early in) has been rebuilt into a fortress city for uh...regular people. Instead of you know what a fortress for those above 500 million dollars and scattered slums for the everyone else, that Angels and Evas fight and kill everyone in.
