In the topic of cholesterol, I am taking medication for that for since a while because I used to be at a really dangerous weight of obesity (not that any obesity is good), and I was even pre-diabetic once. I am now around 105 kilos last time I've checked down from a peak of nearly 130 kilos and willing to lose more weight on the long run. Clothes that were once tight on me now fit better and I feel better as a person too now that I've shed off much weight, and I won't stop here.
